We want you to be happy with BEATBREAK PRO. Because the full app is available free in your browser, you can try everything before you pay — so you know exactly what you're buying.
Digital goods
BEATBREAK PRO is a downloadable digital product delivered instantly with a licence key. For that reason, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download and key have been issued.
When we will refund
We'll happily issue a refund if:
- the app won't install or run and we can't help you fix it;
- you were charged in error or charged more than once; or
- you're within any statutory cooling-off period that applies to you and haven't yet downloaded and used the software.
How to ask
Email contact@beatbreakpro.com with your order number (from your Stripe confirmation email) and a short note about what went wrong. We aim to reply within a few business days. Refunds are processed via Stripe back to your original payment method.
Consumer rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
